Hello, I learned about ZIC Medical Karaj from TikTok from one of their patients who had rhinoplasty with Dr. Alper Aksakal. I started following the doctor because I needed rhinoplasty and septoplasty due to difficulty breathing. I wrote to Medical Karaj and they informed me when Dr. Alper would be visiting, and we scheduled an appointment. I went for a consultation, and as soon as I entered the center, I was surprised by the warm and kind treatment from the employee who greeted me, and then the meeting with Dr. Alper and his assistant Sinan.
Even then, I was convinced that these were my people and I would trust them. As I have almost 2-year-old twins, I needed time to arrange childcare while I was away. I received an offer from the coordinator at Medical Karaj, Dimana, and full information about the surgery, organization of travel, transfers, and post-hospital stay. So, I booked a date for my septorhinoplasty surgery, as I had a breathing problem due to a deviated septum.
Dimana organized everything and was always available to answer all my questions. She is the kindest, most polite, and best girl I have ever met. Despite her work with many patients and various commitments, she always found a way to answer my thousands of questions both before the surgery, during my trip, and after the surgery until my return to Bulgaria.
The operation
The surgery went very well, it was at Okan Hospital in Tuzla, a suburb of Istanbul. Dr. Alper and Sinan's team took care of all my comfort and post-operative discomforts. I will be thankful to Sinan for the rest of my life for everything he did for me; he is the best person in the world. Throughout my stay, Dimana constantly checked on me and inquired about my condition and if everything was alright. I was in a foreign country and didn't speak the language, but I never felt worried for a moment because they made me feel at home. You are a great team, always ready to help and assist in any situation. May you continue to be successful and caring towards your patients.
