During a preliminary study of existing rhinoplasty methods, I came across a post by Dr. Alper Aksakal on Instagram. He explained the advantages of the closed rhinoplasty method in a simplified and understandable way. What attracted me was that Dr. Aksakal aims for a more natural final result, which was also my daughter's wish. The post was from the MEDICAL KARADZHY profile.
I followed the profile and from one of the next posts, I learned that MEDICAL KARADZHI has opened an office in Stara Zagora. My daughter and I visited the office where we were received very warmly. We were prepared to research and possibly book an appointment for rhinoplasty only after a year, thinking the procedure was cumbersome.
It turned out that this was not the case at all. The coordinator, Vanya Miteva, immediately sent our available medical documents for a free online consultation and after a few hours we received an answer that there were no contraindications for performing the rhinoplasty and, if we wished, we could schedule a date. We made the final decision. We scheduled the date, and the coordinator explained in detail the steps involved and organized our stay at a hotel near Okan Üniversitesi Hastanesi in Istanbul.
Before our departure, Dimana Dimitrova from the Medical Karaj representative office in Sofia contacted me and provided additional information. In Istanbul, we connected with Dr. Aksakal's coordinator, Sinan, who speaks Bulgarian and was available throughout our stay, answering all our questions.
My daughter came to the hospital for examinations and a preliminary consultation, and I was her companion. We met with Dr. Aksakal and his team before the surgery. They inspired us with their professionalism and warm attitude. The surgery was successful. Throughout her hospital stay, my daughter was carefully monitored by the hospital staff and Dr. Aksakal's team. The coordinators from MEDICAL KARADZHI in Bulgaria inquired daily about my daughter's condition.
From discharge from the hospital to the follow-up check-ups, we also maintained constant contact with Sinan, Vanya, and Dimana. The postoperative period was smooth and without any complications. We were extremely pleased with the result after the splint was removed. Respect for the professionalism and humane attitude of both Dr. Aksakal and his entire team! Until our arrival in Bulgaria, we were in contact with the coordinators of MEDICAL KARADZHY, for which we are sincerely grateful!
