Who is most at risk for urological problems?
It is recommended that all men over 45 years of age undergo preventive check-ups. In case of a positive family history, i.e., a brother, father, or other relative with a urological disease or prostate cancer, examinations should begin no later than the age of 40. Preventive examinations include a PSA test, prostate MRI, ultrasound, and urine test.

What are the innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant diseases?
For prostate diseases, we use MPT “fusion” biopsy, in addition to PET-CT and PSMA PET-CT. This is the most innovative method for identifying metastases.
For operations on bladder tumors, we use special PSMA PET-CT. We locate small tumors using blue light.
We operate on kidney tumors laparoscopically or robotically. A biopsy is performed using computed tomography to determine if the mass is benign or malignant.
