Miracles happen at Christmas!
And today we want to share a wonderful news, which is another proof that there are no impossible things!
Thanks to one of the initiatives of ZIC Medical Karaj to organize free consultations with leading specialists from abroad, our patient with long-term vision loss was able to see the world again!
Many years ago, as a result of an injury to her left eye, E.G. lost her sight. Then, unfortunately, they discovered uveitis in his right eye. Repeatedly, over a period of years, the patient underwent treatment. He got to the point where he could only see bright light. He also developed a very severe cataract. His condition was extremely complicated and he did not find out for a long time where and how to get a chance for himself. In Bulgaria, all the doctors say he cannot be helped.
Fortunately, E.G came into our office a few months ago to hear the views of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Arifoglu. The docent shaped the action plan and gave the patient new hope and courage.
It took a few weeks and the decision was made - Mr G went for treatment.
Much to his and our delight, the good news was not delayed! Through complex cataract surgery and implantation of an intraocular lens into the sclera, the patient is now able to see in front of him. Immediately after the surgery, he was able to see the hand of the Assoc. Hasan in front of him, also manages to distinguish the fingers. At this moment of great joy, the patient's closest people are by his side. They told us about the moment of success shared with tears of happiness!
