Prof. Dr. Serdar Kahraman has 30 years of experience in neurology and neurosurgery and was the first to perform endoscopic spinal and peripheral nerve intervention. The doctor has a specialty in minimally invasive neurosurgery. Prof. Kahrman performs complex surgeries of the brain and spinal cord, including removal of benign and malignant tumors. He performs skull base neurosurgery and interventions with endoscopic techniques and stereotactic devices. Prof. Dr. Serdar Kahraman is the first president of the Turkish Association of Neurosurgeons.

  • In 1989 he started his medical education at GATA Medical School, Ankara.
  • 1997 Moved to the Department of Neurosurgery
  • 2004 Associate Professor at GATA Medical School, Ankara
  • 2009 became assistant professor at GATA Medical School, Ankara
  • 2010 He became a professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Yeni University.
