Prof. Dr. Özer Arcan was born in Istanbul in 1971. He completed his medical education at the Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University in 1995. He specialized in Dermatology and Venereology at Istanbul Haseki Egitim ve Arastirma Hospital from 1997 to 2001. He obtained the degree of associate professor in 2007 and professor in 2013.
