  • 1999 - Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine
  • 2001 - Worked at the Biotechnology Center of the University of Oslo, Norway in the field of cancer genetics.
  • 2004 - completed specialization in internal medicine at Hacettepe University
  • 2004-2007 - Completed specialization in gastroenterology at the Faculty of Medicine of Dokuz Eylül University and then was appointed at Kutahya State Hospital.
  • 2010 - Received a fellowship from the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) and worked in the field of advanced endoscopy (endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP) at the endoscopy department of Gentofte Hospital, University of Copenhagen/Denmark.
  • 2011-2018 - was the Head and Associate Professor of the Department of Gastroenterology at Haydarpasa Numune Teaching and Research Hospital.
  • 2016 - Awarded for the second time as ESGE Fellow and working in the field of advanced endoscopy (endoscopic submucosal dissection, POEM) at Saint Luc Hospital, University of Leuven, Belgium.
  • 2018 - He was awarded a fellowship by the Turkish Gastroenterological Society and worked at the Johns Hopkins University Advanced Endoscopy Section where he specialized in endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, EUS-guided gastroenterostomy, and G/Z-POEM.
  • 2018 - started working in the Gastroenterology Department of Acıbadem Kozyatağı Hospital
