  • During the period 2001–2003, he performed some of the first LASIK eye surgeries in Turkey, introducing modern technologies for more precise and less invasive treatment. 2004.
  • A pioneer in keratoconus treatment in Turkey, introducing Corneal Cross-Linking (a method for strengthening the cornea), performing the first femtosecond laser intrastromal corneal ring implantation, and establishing the first specialized center for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
  • Subsequently, it also implements modern laser and combination procedures for corneal stabilization and vision improvement.
