Penile lengthening surgery increases the unerect length of the penis and, to a lesser extent, the length during erection. The surgical technique is a 4-6 cm incision in the inguinal fold. The operation is performed under general anesthesia. The penis is fixed with elements adhering it to the body. The triangle area is pre-treated to remove as much fat as possible from there, then the penis is pulled forward (as about ¼ of it is hidden in the body. This hidden part is pulled out and fixed in a new place. In this way an extension of the penis of about 1-3 cm is achieved. It cannot be said in advance how much it will actually lengthen after the operation. The surgical technique is bloodless.
After surgery, you may experience pain and discomfort, which is controlled with painkillers and resolves by the 5th day after surgery. You will need to rest for about one week after surgery. Sexual activity should be avoided for 3 to 4 weeks afterwards and heavy sports for 6 weeks.
