Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital provides services in an indoor area of 98 thousand square meters with a capacity of 350 beds, 18 operating rooms, 75 intensive care beds and a parking lot with a capacity of 550 vehicles.

The hospital is home to a dedicated oncology ward designed to meet all of the patient's medical and social needs. In addition to a multidisciplinary clinical approach in all professional areas (surgery, medical oncology and radiation oncology), the department also uses state-of-the-art technology. The Oncology Department's equipment includes Tomotherapy, which can enable treatment with imaging by rotating 360 degrees around the patient's body, Trubeam, Vitalbeam and Gamma Knife to treat all body tumours. PET CT and Spect CT are also used in the department.
A hybrid operating system is available that incorporates three different diagnostic units (3 Tesla MRI, 128-slice Sliding CT, Robotic Arm Angiography) simultaneously and allows surgeries to be simultaneously connected to three operating rooms. Thanks to this structure, images are acquired and surgical therapy is directed to neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, orthopedics and ENT (maxillofacial surgery) operations respectively. In addition, operations are also performed with Da Vinci robotic surgery technology.
Providing services with a capacity of 75 beds, intensive care units are classified as neonatal (23), pediatric (14), coronary (8), CVS (7), and general intensive care unit (23).
The intensive care units have separate waiting, counselling and rest areas for patients' relatives.
Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital has a special section designed for international patients coming from different countries to receive diagnostic and therapeutic services. This region is called "Health Point" and provides services in 16 languages.
Tri-generation allows the production of energy from three energy systems (electricity, heating and cooling) together from the same energy source. This system increases energy efficiency compared to conventional systems and is economically viable. In Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital, first electricity is produced with natural gas, and then the heat exposed during electricity production is used for heating and cooling.
Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital has been awarded LEED Gold certification and is considered a green building.
