Who is Prof. Dr. Murat Hasanreisoglu?
He completed his medical education at Ankara University Medical School. Between 2003 and 2009, he worked as a research fellow at Felsenstein Medical Research Center in the field of nerve injury, angiogenesis and retinal pathophysiology. In 2009, he obtained his specialty in ophthalmology. Between 2011-2020, Professor Dr. Hasanreisoglu was a lecturer at the Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology.
He served as a Visiting Professor of Uveitis and Retinal Diseases at Byers Eye Hospital, Stanford University, California, USA in 2018 and 2019. After being awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2016, Dr. Murat Hasanreisoglu was awarded the European Diploma in Ophthalmology after receiving the highest score among other European candidates.
In 2014, Associate Professor Hasanreisoglu was a "postdoctoral fellow" in the Ocular Oncology Service of Wills Eye Institute, Philadelphia, USA.
Since 2020, Prof. Dr. Murat Hasanreisoglu is a specialist in Ophthalmology at Koç University Hospital, Istanbul, Turkey.
In 2021, Dr. Murat Hasanreisoglu was awarded the title of Professor.
