Prof. Dr. Ali Raza Kural was born in Bafra district of Samsun province in 1951. He is currently a specialist in urology whose work focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of prostate diseases.
The first robotic urological surgery in Turkey was performed by Dr. Ali Riza Kural in 2005. Kural is in the 8th year of this program with more than 800 robotic radical prostatectomies, more than 150 robotic kidney surgeries and more than 50 successful robotic bladder surgeries.
Prof. Dr. Ali Raza Kural has authored more than 150 articles in national and international journals and has also written chapters and sections again national and international textbooks. Although he continues to contribute to the spread of the use of endoscopy in Turkey by participating in courses and seminars held by the Turkish Association of Urology and Endourology, he also participates in the following international meetings held annually: the ERUS (European Robotic Urology Symposium) and WRUS (World Robotic Urology Symposium).
