At October 17-18, 2025 in Sofia Free informational meetings with ophthalmologist Prof. Dr. Hasan Arıfoğlu will be held, organized by „Medical Karadži“. They are aimed at people who have been diagnosed with an eye disease or are experiencing vision deterioration and are seeking treatment options outside of Bulgaria.
Prof. Arifoğlu has over 15 years of clinical and surgical experience and is a proven specialist in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of various eye diseases. He has undergone further training at the University of Chicago (USA) and the European Vitreoretinal Society (EVRS) in Bremen, Germany. He has received international awards, including the Gazi Eye Foundation Award (2014) and the EVRS Award (2016), for his significant contributions to Vitreoretinal surgery.
During the meetings, Prof. Arifoglu will introduce you to modern treatment options for:

- Diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration
- Strabismus (crossed eyes) and lazy eye
