By the age of 30, I was looking more at the aesthetic problem, but I never decided to get surgery.
After 35 years I started to practice yoga. When I was doing breathing exercises I realized that I couldn't use my nose to breathe. Two doctors in Bulgaria told me that I had several breathing problems and was up for surgery.
That made me decide and that's how I got here. I decided it was high time I started breathing.
