Prof. Dr. Jenghiz Arash

Prof. Cengiz Arash was born in 1964 in the village of Gümüşhane Merkez Süle. The ophthalmology specialist has over 20 years of active practice as a diagnostician. He also has experience with over 5000 surgical cases.

Education:

• The specialist completed his primary education at Siyavuşpaşa Primary School and his secondary education at Kocasinan High School.
• He graduated from Istanbul Medical School in 1987 and then specialized in Ophthalmology at Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University.
• In 1993 he received his specialty training with a focus on retinal diseases.
  In 2000 he became "Associate Professor" at Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University and in 2006 he became "Professor".

Professional Experience:

• In 1992, Specialist worked at Louisiana State University, during which time he also worked at Texas Retina Associates.
• Between 1993 and 1995 Prof. Dr. Arash worked at the Tokat State Hospital.
• 1995 - 2010 - worked at the Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty and between 2011 and 2015 served as a lecturer in Ophthalmology at Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University.
• After that she worked at Dune Eye Hospital , and currently she is practicing at the Ophthalmology Department of Medipol Mega Hospital, Istanbul.
